Nature Abuse

It is a sad, sad day when a sign is completely useless against such abuse!

It's sad that some people have no respect for things.

Where I live in Colorado this is a big problem on aspen trees, but on bamboo?!?

Very cool pictures.

I particularly like this one because we had a similar problem where I grew up in Central NY.

The solution? The city planted new trees (we didn't have bamboo) and designated the old ones as the trees that were "okay" to deface.

So, of course, kids drew on and carved the new trees.
