What do you mean by executive housing apartment? Is that like a high end housing project?

Golden toilet bowls!
Executive housings have more high-end amenties, like bigger rooms and hardwood floors. Some even comes with Internet access and valet parking (not this one, tho').
Obviously, the naming also means the rent is higher and the neighborhood is more upper-class.
