Unique Views of the City of Angels
This is a root vegetable, not unlike potato.
And how do you eat it? I think I had it once in Hawaii kind of like a sticky, gluey breakfast thing.
We usually eat it as a soup-like dessert where the taros are cut up into tiny cubes. We also have tasted a Filipino taro-flavored cake.
or taro basket (fried), you can filled with kong pao chicken/squid..drooling
I reckon there are 3 million ways of using potato, and they're all good, but unfortunatley I've not enjoyed taro - seemed a bit gluggy to me! The Filipino cake sounds very enticing!
